Banquet Hall Location
Located on both the 18th and 19th Floor of the newly renamed Downtown Wichita Executive Centre, Gallery One-Nine offers nearly 4,000 square feet of elegant venue space and beautiful views of the Wichita skline. We have space for groups from 2-185, and our abundance of room configurations and choices make an ideal setting for every special event. These include but are not limited to Weddings, Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners, Birthday Parties, and Corporate Functions. All events are open catering.
18th Floor Gallery
The main entrance to the gallery is located on the 18th floor where we host monthly art exhibits and receptions with local, regional or nationally known artists. With over 1500 square feet of space, the gallery floor is perfectly suited perfect for opening receptions associated with an event. Complete with a grand staircase that leads to a picturesque sky view balcony and the venue rooms on the 19th floor. Along with an exquisite crystal chandelier, the gallery floor is not only modern but also exudes elegance.
19th Floor Room Descriptions
Accessible by either the grand staircase or an elevator, we offer over three elegantly appointed rooms for rental. Every meeting room offers individual climate control, with most providing an abundance of windows and natural lighting.
Fireside Room
The Fireside Room features one of the most breathtaking views of downtown Wichita. This premiere space offers 700 square feet of meeting and event space. With ornate light fixtures and an impeccable attention to detail, the Fireside Room offers an elegant space for any type of event. The Fireside Room can accommodate between 2 to 125 people.
Board Room
The Board Room is the ideal setting for any corporate meeting or event. With over 400 square feet of meeting space, this room is perfect for training seminars, or any other corporate function. French doors lead into the adjoining Terrace Room that overlooks the Wichita Riverfront and the sublime architecture of the critically acclaimed Exploration Place Museum. The Board Room can accommodate between 2 to 35 people.
Terrace Room
The picturesque Terrace Room overlooks the beautiful waterfront of Wichita and offers 225 square feet of space that is ideal for holding an event with an intimate feel. With the adjoining Board Room this space is an ideal location for events and meetings of all kinds. This room can accommodate between 2 to 25 people.
